Also, try to stay away from soaps and cleansers containing chemicals. Instead, use soap and cleaning products that are lighter and much healthier for the skin. If possible, limit your sun exposure and too much sunlight is bad for the skin and can cause acne. By changing some of their habits and try to lead a healthier life that not only will prevent acne, but you'll be healthier in general.
